CBR theory exam 2026: what has changed?
Since 7 April 2025 the Dutch car theory exam is one continuous exam: 50 scored questions plus 2 unscored test questions in 30 minutes, 44 correct to pass, and short silent animations instead of the hazard-perception photo test. Since 2026 it also tests driver-assistance systems (ADAS). This guide lists every change, the 2026 exam fees and how to prepare.
